Essential: Increase Healthy Light
Get more natural light — it’s the single most effective way to support your biology.
What to Do:
Start with morning SUNLIGHT. The light from the sun is the absolute most important light to get, every day. Sunny, cloudy, in the shade - outdoor light is the most essential.
Replace your desk lamp with a circadian optimized light bulb, or better a photo therapy device.
Do regular red-light therapy, there are many options to buy for your home. Have at least one small red light box at home (or go crazy and get an infra red sauna).

There are a lot of options, the best one for you is the one that you’ll use. Essential: Minimize Unhealthy Light
What to Do:
Dim your light environment after sunset. Shift to warmer light bulbs, turn off ceiling LED lights. Put a filter on your screens or use protective glasses.

Why It Matters:
Bright light at night signals "daytime" to your brain, which destroys the quality of your sleep and messes up all your body's processes, including your metabolism and your mood. Artificial light at night (including streetlights through cracks in the curtains) is a major factor in diseases such as Alzheimers, Parkinson's and cancer.
Essential: Focused Light Frequency
